Education and professional practice

Academy is where you learn.

Academy provides property tax education and the classroom. Assessorly Pro is the separate program for organizations building a property tax practice, with seats, practitioner training, and state-scoped report work.

Taking a course does not automatically grant professional credentials or permission to practice. Review the current Pro program and its requirements when you are ready to explore that path.

Before you begin

A few useful answers.

Who is Academy for?

Academy is built for real estate professionals who want a stronger understanding of residential property taxation. Course 101 starts with the system itself, then connects the concepts to the state where you work.

Will a course count toward my continuing education?

Check the specific course and state offering in the current catalog. Approval status, credit hours, and requirements vary. Access to Academy or a classroom preview does not, by itself, establish eligibility for continuing education credit.

What do I need to finish before receiving a certificate?

Follow the requirements shown for your enrollment. These can include required lesson and video time, Student Guide acknowledgements, knowledge checks, finals, evaluations, attestations, and state reporting steps. Completed certificates appear in My Courses after the required steps are complete.

Can I explore the classroom before enrolling?

Yes. The classroom preview lets you explore Course 101 content and the learning workspace. Preview activity does not record learner progress, issue certificates, or award continuing education credit.
