Eligibility Requirements

• You purchased the Full Service Package, including Agency Representation.
• You provided all required documentation and responded to any communications related to the appeal.
• Your appeal was submitted within the designated filing deadline for your county and jurisdiction.
• The final decision resulted in no reduction in value or tax liability for the covered period.

How to Request a Refund

If your appeal was unsuccessful and you meet the eligibility criteria, email us at support@assessorly.com within 30 days of receiving your appeal decision.

Include the following in your request:

• Your full name and property address
• Order confirmation number
• A copy of the final appeal decision

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
