We need someone who can help us show up consistently across social, video, and digital channels without waiting for step-by-step direction.

Responsibilities

What this role owns.

  • Create high-quality marketing assets in Canva, including one-sheets, social posts, and presentation materials.
  • Produce and edit short-form video content for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn clips.
  • Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in building and executing marketing campaigns and other GTM initiatives.

Preferred Background

What strong candidates usually bring.

  • Strong Canva skills. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
  • Comfort creating social media content and basic video edits in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Ability to move fast and execute without hand-holding.
  • Strong attention to detail, design quality, and interest in startups, proptech, real estate, or fintech.
